Camille Lewis brings extensive experience in behavioral health and court systems. As an LCPC-S, CEAP, and DOT SAP, she leads Revive with a focus on structured evaluations and clear, ethical care.
At Revive Wellness LLC, our team brings extensive experience from community mental health, justice systems, schools, and specialized treatment settings. We understand the real-world challenges individuals and families face because we have worked directly within those systems.
Our multidisciplinary staff includes DOT Substance Abuse Professionals (SAP), Licensed Mental Health Counselors, and Master Addiction Counselors.
